Motherhood confines my wild nature. To express this, I make art every day, several times a day, and try to challenge myself by switching mediums and surfaces with each new piece. My art projects hidden frustrations, desires, or simply the soothing feeling I get from watching solar glare dance on a puddle. By the time the artwork is completed, often the feeling is gone. What remains is art created in desperate haste, it resonates with some people. They recognize it and relate to it, hopefully without decoding all of my secrets.
